No. 404 Slideaway is on the hill, across the street from the Alpen Inn. A short walk across Alpen Court and the Inn’s parking lot brings you to a ski run that will take you to Lift No. 2. Or walk across Alpen Court to a run that leads to Lift No. 1.

Slideaway’s large, enclosed atrium is perfect for putting on boots, jackets and so on before your day on the hill. (At the end of the day, all that wet and bulky gear isn’t crowding you out of your living space.)

Slideaway’s three levels offer plenty of living space:

• Lower level: 3 bedrooms (2 queen and 1 double) plus a sauna and full, compartmentalized bath with double sinks.
  
  
• Main level: Living area with a large sleeper sofa, dining table that seats 10, newly remodeled kitchen with a counter that seats 4, plus a bath with shower. Plus, enclosed deck area off the kitchen with an additional table and chairs. A gas fireplace is controlled via a thermostat.
  
  
• Loft: Two sides, with two twin beds on one side and two twins plus a shorter youth bed on the other. Unit also has a crib.
